Liar and cheat. If you lie, cheat, steal, or try to take advantage of others, you're an ugly person.
Negative and pessimist. These are ugly traits.
Entitled. Nothing makes you uglier than thinking people owe you something.
Hypocrite. If you say one thing and do another, this automatically makes you ugly.
Lacking character. If you don't have integrity, you're ugly. You need to treat people with respect and dignity.
Narcissist. If you're only worried about yourself, you're ugly. If you're not helping other people, you're ugly because you're not trying to help make this world a better place.

2020-I was an Alpha M disciple. Grooming, skin care working out being social. I was on it and loving life. 2021 I was diagnosed with cancer and thank God that I beat it and I am now healthy. But I don’t trust my body anymore. I see myself doing a lot of things on this list and I think that this video helped me to say no more. Let’s get back to it!

Where I live, merely working out 3 to 4 times a week and having a reasonable diet, makes me stand out from most people in my area. Unfortunately, a lot of people around here do not take care of themselves.
