It features with assorted veggies cooked in a rich n creamy gravy made with tomato,yogurt, fresh cream, milk along with blend of spices. The veggies commonly use is capsicum, carrot, cloves cauliflower, potato and sometime paneer. In this version of Diwani Handi onion n garlic is replaced with alternative ingredients like tomatoes or yogurt and different technique.     Cooking time- 15-20 min
    INGREDIENTS
    For Tomato Malasa
    Oil- 1tbsp
    Cinnamon stick-1/2inch
    Green cardamom-2
    Clove-2
    Bay leaf-
    Dry red chilli- 2
    Tomato- 2 (dice)
    Cashew-4-5
    Sunflower seeds- 1-2tsp
    Water- 1/2cup
    For Gravy
    Oil- 2tbsp
    Cumin seed - 1/2tsp
    Green chilli- 2 (chopped)
    Potato - 2 (medium ,cube)
    Carrot -2 (medium ,cube)
    Capsicum -1(medium ,cube)
    Coriander powder -1tsp
    Cumin powder -1tsp
    Turmeric - 1/2tsp
    Salt to taste
    Water-1/4cup
    Prepared tomato masala
    Paneer- 1/2cup
    Kasuri methi- 1tsp
    Fresh cream - 1tbsp
    Garam masala - 1tsp
    Coriander leaves -handful
    Garnished with fresh cream n cashews, served with roti n naan
