Toxic relationships are no joke. It can take a very long time to fully heal from them. It took me a few years; (& I'm still learning to fully love myself)... It's so important to be fully healed. It's also good to open up to the person you're seeing when you feel the time is right. This way you'll be able to pinpoint why the person has fears or anxieties, and you can then try to help the person. I know my prince charming is out there somewhere, and then I'll give him all my love.

I just “brake up” with this guy who exactly one week ago. We weren’t dating, but it was starting to be one. Cuddling, daily texting, attraction. It just seemed to be okay, but I gotta say that we work on the same place (and gossip goes around really fast)
On our first date (exactly one week ago) he told me that he couldn’t be with me. He said that everything went to fast (it was just a month since we actually started to know each other) and that he was not emotionally ready. How could I react to it?
I understand that he left his last relationship (which I got to know once) not long ago (probably two months ago from now) but I also gotta say that, the fact of moving out of being “just friends” to “there’s something in here” was because of him!
We are both shy people somehow, and the fact that he invited me to the date, the made the move with cuddling, he made the move texting…. It just doesn’t makes dance for me. It doesn’t even makes dance that he says everything went TOO FAST.
I think it was the pressure of people knowing that put him on the corner.
I just wish it wasn’t like that and I really would love to be back with him, but i know I should not…

I’m connected to guy I rarely ever meet. We were introduced by a friend and a number of incidents have kept us apart. In the last year until we met in person he wasn’t talking the initiative to write texts or call. So I’ve stopped contacting first. I’d leave him to sort his chaotic life out. I’d simply move on and build abundance elsewhere
