It only worked once for me, can’t get it to reset. Waited 48 hours and talked to the npc’s and nothing
@@guybeleeve Haven't ever had that issue. Haven't had it reported to me by anyone else yet either. After waiting 48 hours, you're also opening up the vendor's trade screen? That doesn't reset it though? I'd recommend trying to reset it even more fully (though hopefully you'll only have to this once) by going to venus and waiting 24 hours there which is 2,400 hours universal time for the game. Let me know if that does it.

@@TiddyBress Some you can only get under certain circumstances like from taking a certain trait when making your character. Some you have to go through a certain questline for like the one from doing the Vanguard missions. Then some of the major cities just have one you can buy whenever, Akila included. Don't have any further specifics I can give off the top of my head, but a quick google search should get you whatever more info you need. Best of luck!

If you do the wait glitch you can wait anywhere and it makes reloading the vendors a little easier. By sitting down and then getting up while pressing the button to wait simultaneously, it allows you to wait anywhere.
There are multiple chairs immediately nearby so not really necessary, but maybe elsewhere it could come in handy, yeah.

@@Jon717 On Akila? Nope. It doesn't really look like there would be a way to, but maybe someone will figure it out. Even if they did, it would have to be quicker/easier than the New Atlantis one in order to be worth doing. Then of course you'd still have to go to Venus as well to reset it.

If you turn around from the first spot and go up to the hanging rug there is another vendor under the map that carries aid items and credits...first person view and crouch in front of the rug

Ah yes, this reminds me a lot of the vendor chests from Skyrim..... The one near the mine in Dawnstar, the one just outside Solitude, and the one at Markarth, as well as the super easy one under Whiterun. Bethesda never learn do they 😂😂😂

I used to be able to do this same exploit at Rowland Arm’s that’s just a few stores down as well but for some reason I can’t do it anymore
Oh I just figured it out, you have to be in third person for this one. Go to the right side green rail on the stairs in third person and just walk backwards facing down until it pops up. About the same orientation as the Shepherd one
Like you already realized and followed up on in your other comment, yeah you just have to get it in 3rd person. It's shown and explained in this video :D

It's not bad but considder this. You need to sell all that so farming up items means you'll have hundreds of thousands in items you cant sell immediately. It will take longer probably to do this than the more credit paying method.
This is great and better overall imo. Credits only matter so much. Also, why would you need to sell ammo, med packs, and digipicks when they’re all weightless? That’s the sort of stuff this glitch is mainly for and best for. Anything else like resources you could put into an infinite storage container too. Don’t think many people will be using this for straight credits as the New Atlantis ship vendor glitch would be the way to go for that. Anything else though, this is the way to go.
All you need is ammo,money and med packs keep doing it until you satisfied
They must use the same system as skyrims vendors as there is an identical glitch in skyrim for multiple vendors. They put a chest containing all the goods/money they have just below the ground that connects to the vendor.
Oh for sure, it's exactly the same haha.
Its a good way to make a persistant inventory that lasts until the next reset, the issue is when you make it easy to find and access that chest lol.

I hope Bethesda doesn't patch these types of bugs. Given how their new game plus works... Leave them alone.

Do you mean before doing any waiting? If so, that's never happened when I've tried, but I'll certainly try again if that's what you mean. I and seemingly everyone else always have to wait before we can then talk to them and have it restock their credits/items.
@@DemonAsylum yeah for me at least whenever I looted for caches then look at their shop then return to the cache it’ll restock once before I have to wait a day

I will no longer do the New Atlantis glitch, this one is by far the easiest 😊👍
Definitely easier. It wont net you as many credits as quickly, but it gets you a little bit still as well as alongside a ton of other arguably more useful things. You could always sell some of what you get from this for credits elsewhere too. It wasn't uncommon at all for me to see multiple weapons and that don't even weigh much having a value of 30-50k that I could take to sell later if I wanted to.
the new Atlantis glitch has been made much easier you only need to go through a fake door now no parkour, if you need creds from the ship vendor id say its still worth
@@michaeltaylor7409 If all you want is credits than yeah that’s definitely better. However, a lot of what you’ll spend credits on, and it’s not much honestly, can be gotten from these vendors in Akila with this glitch. I’d say ammo is the main thing, then maybe some aid and resource items. Alongside those you still get like 10k creds each time in Akila too. Definitely the better overall option, but again if all someone wants is a fat stack of credits for some reason than yeah just run the New Atlantis ship one.

Not the weapon vendor obviously, but the general store vendor, definitely possible. He always has some food items. Can't hurt to check a few times.

If it is solo game and no PvP hvat you need it for ?
The same reason you'd want them even if it was a multiplayer game and or had PvP, it just makes getting these things quicker and easier so you can focus more on playing the actual game and or having access to more of it sooner.

Which one or do you mean both? Are you sure that you're hovered over where it actually is and that you're close enough to access it as well? Do you see button prompts like the option to "transfer" for instance?
its for both of them, and no I dont see the options for transfer. I also do get close unless I need to get like extreme closer

Given you don't have the option to transfer with the container, I'm thinking you're either not lined up with it enough or you're not close enough. From watching the video you should be able to know exactly where to look and you can try going into 3rd person for them both as well, granted you need it for the weapons one anyway. Outside of if none of that helps. Maybe try saving/reloading and or waiting for a couple of days in game and checking again. Let me know how it all goes. I'm happy to continue trying to help.

Don’t know why your gun would play a factor and don’t recall having an issues because of mine being out for instance if that’s what you mean, but yeah maybe the save/reload did it. If I ever run into this same thing, I’ll have to try a save/reload and see if that fixes it to confirm. Either way, I’m glad you got it figured out, enjoy!
