May Dr. Lawson himself experience the living reality of our God in his own life, and I genuinely hope and pray that this would lead him to his knees in true repentance and restoration

Not trying to be insulting but there are things that make no sense to me. God created humans knowing they would fail yet is angry that they failed and after killing all humans to start again (flood) they fail again but he knows this already. So he then sacrifices himself to appease himself to save his creations from his anger that he once again knew they would do to begin with. Do i have this wrong as a description in a nutshell? Granted i am not the most knowledgeable in the christian religion but i do remember god changes his mind, so is that an act to teach a lesson? Or is it simply god is not omniscient.

It sounds like parenting right. Why would you have a kid that you know is going to rebel? As most kids do in their own way. Sometimes, they even run off, never to be seen again, yet that doesn't stop anyone from having a child. And we don't even know if or when our kids will revolt. Yet God, knowing everything still decided to make humans. There is this thing called the doctrine of election. God's chosen people who love him back. God didn't create humans, knowing we would rebel. He created humans because there is a people whom God choose that loves him back. And so you see again, it's like our own kids. You let your child do something you know isn't going to go well, but you let it happen so they can learn. This is called sanctification in Christian life. The thing is , you also have to look at the story of God from a top-down view. We see things in historical chunks. God sees everything, so while we are like, why did you create a people you knew would rebel? Well, the answer is, not everyone rebels, and so in eternity, some of us will be in his presence singing holy holy holy is the lord God almighty. In God's infinite grace and mercy, he lets us experience life. The catch is where you go when you die. Do you have faith in the atonement of your sins? Because that's the key for the door to eternity. It's seems complicated, but if you read the bible, these truths will be more clearly revealed.
I hope this makes some sense.

No Josh, you seem to have it down pretty well. But it seems to me you're missing the biggest thing in all that you wrote down: He is God. Being omniscient, don't you think that perhaps he did all these seemingly contradictory things for something you couldn't even fathom? Forgive me if I come across as rude, Josh, but I'll put it plainly: you are no position to be asking such questions. He is God, and you aren't.
I suggest you read the book of Job. Most of it is dense Hebrew poetry, but the last couple of chapters will really help you as you struggle with these questions.
I hope that God gives you clarity of mind regarding such questions. God Bless.

God's attributes/character are separately discuss but all encompassing. God is all knowing but God is love and righteous. Because God is righteous, He has given us free will to choose Him or not. Yes He is angry that we sin because He does not want us to perish (The wages of sin is death Rom. 6:23), but He love us just the same. He sent His only Begotten Son Jesus to redeem us of our sin as He promised in Genesis 3:15 "The seed of the woman will bruise the head of the serpent..." But it also says ..."the serpent will also bruise her heel." So the battle between good and evil will continue until Jesus returns to complete all His work of restoration. We cannot change ourselves on our own. Realizing that God is all knowing yet loving will remove our fear and therefore increase our trust in Him. The Love of God, and the Grace of Christ, and the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you. God Bless🙂

If God is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent...
Then not only did God know what diddling jesus would feel like, not only did he have the power to stop it, but he was also inside him...
And because jesus was the father the same is true in reverse...
