At our May 9, 2019 meeting we learned to sing and strum a huge early 1990s hit, made even more popular by its critically acclaimed music video: R.E.M.’s “Losing My Religion.” The mandolin riff on which the song is built translates really well to the ukulele!

@@ObamaFromKenya AUS has been having a virtual online meeting since March of 2020 when the pandemic started. Our meetings are on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00PM-til about 9:00PM CST. Our next online meeting is on Thursday Jan 14th. For more info click on the austinukulelesociety.org link under the video notes. Not sure yet what song Bob will be teaching us. Hope you'll be there.
