This is problematic. You have warriors forced out at 19.5 years and they are not concurrent recipients of VA disability and Retirement, however, they collect CRSC. I also collect CRSC and was forced out in 2010 when I re-enlisted in Baghdad after the Golden Mosque in 2006 was blown up. I enlisted for an additional 6 years as a young PFC. I was wounded in 2007 on my second rotation as part of the Iraq Surge and completed my tour. After redeployment back to the States, I was forced into the WTU and eventually forced into a Medical Retirement due to injuries. I had a promising career as an infantryman! Dropped my packet for Special Forces (candidate), only to be barred by Army. In just 4 years, I completed 26 months of combat! I didn't want to be forced out the military. All I wanted to do was recover enough from my injuries to make it a career. Nope.
No wonder enlistment sucks. No one should join the military if we keep getting screwed over.

Stop leaving veterans behind. Enhance the 2018 BRS legislation to include All who served before 2018. It’s a benefit like that is good enough for federal civilian employees, it damn better well be good enough for our veterans on the 2018 BR legislation so that we include all of our veterans.
