just passed my open water and started doing the PPB speciality. The frog kick messed with my head, i was breathing with each kick, was probably overthinking the kicks
Because that the point. Keep relax and short breath range. Its key to get that buoyancy level and notice his trim is perfect as well. Take long time to reach and lots of practice.
It's hard to see because the cameraman is also moving, but his buoyancy *does* change as he inhales and exhales. He moves up and down in relation to the line, just not very much.
Probably the worst flutter kick I’ve ever seen. I guess this is a adjusted flutter kick for Cave diving? In any are with even the mildest current you wouldn’t get anywhere with that inefficient kick.

May I ask why during your inhalation or exhalation your buoyancy level doesn't change ?
He isn't taking deep enough breaths to affect buoyancy much. Being very relaxed makes that possible, similar to when you're resting/sleeping.

I would say that buoyancy changes is not immediate, it takes time. My breathing is stable and coordinated with the depth change.

How do u keep your knees from dropping during frog kick?
Keep your glute muscles tense throughout the whole movement. Don't bend your lower back, just keep it stable.
