We are a rebellious lot.
Humanity has torn down all of their pantheons! And now only the Mother remains and as a Good Mother does. She gave Humanity, her Children, Potential, and told them to go and fly and Live. And Now other pantheons come to kill her Children. And she weeps, Our Mother, for she knows that what we, her Children, will do. For she has seen us do it before. We will rip and tear down these other pantheons and slay again gods. And for this, she is saddened and yet joyful as while we dump the corpses of the gods we have slain into the Graveyard of the Gods. She and Life grow more powerful and the Universe more peaceful.
I choose to believe Gaia healed his soul, recalling his name before release. The first Zyyth prophet of Gaia.
I would actually find a full pantheon intreaging, or if the god of humanity was lucifer or jointly held between him and yhawey

You know how hard you have to fuck up to see some one else’s god?
I feel sorry for Gaia. She loves peace but her children love war and conflict.

Humanity, the God killers.
Alien warrior, with a proud smile : "I consider it to be an honour to fight, kill, and die for my gods!"
Human : "Yeah, that's what most of our gods said too..."
Alien warrior nods grimly : "So you understand then. We shall fight for the honour and glory of our gods! Our war will be legen-"
Human continues : "Until we destroyed them."
Alien warrior : "-dary... ... ... WHAT?"
Human : "Oh don't get me wrong, we were MORE than happy to fight and kill each other, we'd been doing it for so long after all. We just really, REALLY, didn't like it when someone told us that we HAD TO. So ... We killed our gods, we destroyed all but one."
Alien warrior *looking shocked and disturbed* : "W-what... what did you do after that?"
Human "Oh. Then we went back to fighting and killing each other. I mean, what else was there to do?
But it's seriously great that you guys showed up just now, I'm pretty sure that most of us were starting to get bored. Just wait here for a bit OK? I'll go make some calls and let everyone else know that you guys would like to join in..."
Alien warrior : * Has turned around and run screaming into the far distance*
Human * Looks confused * : "Well that was rude. He didn't even say where we could meet up later..."

Hey, adopted son- you want INFINITE POWAAAA?
The gift of God is Grace.
The rite of the gift is Faith.
The sacrifice is Obedience.
And victory is GUARANTEED.
when you say "theoretical training" you mean theory that has been teached to him, the reassuring "we trained him and he knows everything there is to know about battle-readiness" while the only thing the soldier knows is that green cryons taste best, or both?
To be fair to the Alien Pantheon, they were right to fear humanity as a threat to their existence.
This guy is lucky that it wasn't Nxy that spoken to him.
Be careful what you wish for. You may get it.
