There is some wrong info being shared by you, in voluntary registration all employees have to sign the agreement and not employers as you have said in the video. However, rest of the video is explained well.

Yes. Shram suvidha website crashes a lot. It's not about the IO system the problem is with their website. You can re try after sometimes.
Or you can try what i have tried.
Just screenshot the error and draft a proper mail and write to them
They revert you back with solution
I have also gotten replies from them all the time

I have covered that in my video, it does ask for 10 employees, you just click 10. Because it's their website issue.

Yes this is one of the major issue of the website which isn't fixed yet.
Only solution for the same is that you enter 10 (minimum)

Registration is mandatory only if employees exceed 10...
If there are not any employees, you don't need a license

you have to make sure the PIN code you are feeding is exactly the one of your district

Yes it has to be any employer (the one which you have mentioned in primary owner)
