Ford BF XR6TXI #11 - SOUND DEADENING AND INSTALL DOOR

In this quick episode the doors are sound deadened and the crossovers are mounted on a custom made plate.
The wires are ran and hooked up to the crossovers and the door card is mounted along with the newly made custom pods.
The speakers are connected and the grilles and trim panel are installed.

I like the deadening trick doing a layer from behing 👌Not quite block off plates but better that a sheet straight over the service hole hahaha 😊

Yeah it works well its not a full block off but still works a lot better than going over the top of nothing. If the doors were firing straight into the cavity and sealed at the front of the door like stock i probably would have made full block offs but the pods themselves serve as there own semi sealed enclosure so no need to go over the top on the deadening just enough to reduce vibrations :)
