I'm using LT. Originally I was going to use Romhacking but then my rom corrupted on the first day from a minor edit like a sign from God telling me not to waste a second more, and I looked for alternatives.
Right now that Skill is coded to only grant a Charge if the unit attacks on Player Phase, not if the unit Counterattacks on Enemy Phase, but the check for the current phase can be altered or removed.
The only thing better than a PC port... A Python remake! I wish Pokemon had this, it would make creating without the limitations of the GBA and RPG Maker XP way easier. It's called the Lex Talionis Engine because originally it was used to make a Fire Emblem fangame called Lex Talionis.
@@JasonGodwin69 Out of curiosity, what limitations does the emerald decomp have? i haven't really come across anything that didn't seem at least possible.
NGL seems like a fun skill to try and balance
Thanks for the ROM hack idea

Very Seth
Alternate title: Fire Emblem Critical Hits except balanced.
Do you still gain focus/charge points when you counterattack on the enemy turn?

How does it be like this?
A GBA game modded on PC?
A PC port of The Sacred Stones?
Lex Talionis engine

I don't know anything about the Pokemon Emerald Decomp, I made Jason Godwyn's Pokemon Pink using RPG Maker XP and Pokemon Essentials.
