Had. IME report in July and of course she was going to find in favor of the insurance company they wanted me to go back to work. My surgeon says I need surgery first haven’t got paid since July. It takes many court hearings to fight this and then they wouldn’t pay for my surgery. I was in such great pain. I had my own health insurance pay for it so now I’m sitting home with two artificial disc in my neck with a slit throat scar not receiving any benefits from work worked there for 20 years never made a compensation claim while trying to get a hearing and get a judge to help me but it’s ridiculous. It’s been months I’ve been in agony they withheld surgery. I had to get it myself through other means through my health insurance and I need two more surgeries because of the accident at work but IME said I was fine when we die the insurance company and their evil doctors will burn in hell they are evil
I went to an ime doctor not too long ago and she said there's nothing wrong with me but I got strike and painted by forklift with the hopper on it my whole back hurts my neck gets numb because of the accident I got a hater hernia my arms and legs are getting num ime is a fraud

Oh man- for me it’s 6.5 years now and I finally had reconstruction surgery for my broken cervical spine now I’m finally getting help for my crushed L 1-5. Yes over 6 years and I’m stuck in bed over 16 hours a day- yet WC said I never got hurt! I have the whole accident on video and they accused me of lying? A malingerer? Thank you for speaking the truth..i had IME back in July with so much back pain and he told me that i reached MMI. I went to see surgen and he did back surgery thank god i am no longer in severe pain
Thank you from TX. I just went over the letters and forms from my adjuster claiming MMI none of the pages are assigned except the last one in it looks like it was lifted off of something using Photoshop (BADLY TOO).
Yet all the other signatures and text are crystal clear.
Somebody has some explaining to do. I knew something was rigged and I even had an attorney (not retained) tell about me that situation between Concentra and my employer/adjuster.

Wow this sounds like what I’m dealing with suffered a pars fracture and a pinched nerve from job related injury, employer made up false evidence to stop me from being seen an receive workers comp won the first hearing 2nd hearing IME ruled mmi never did she touch me look at my back perform any test she ruled me mmi now I’ve been blocked again a the orthopedic specialist recommended emg testing and to see a spine specialist but workers comp has blocked everything submitted do to IME been months of suffering no medical no money coming in etc
Haha I know the IME dr. Mark B. He said I was overweight and my genetics made my back bad and not 22 of heavy equipment repair. He never saw me and had no idea of my genetics. To be fair, he did a forensic report, which is even more puzzling.
