I have an iPod like that (5th Gen. also). It has a bad battery, but still works, as long as I have it plugged into a power source. But mine doesn't have the back camera or flash

So when you restart the iPhone X, the iCloud is still locked? Becuse I have a 7+ that is bypassed and when I restart it it goes back to the iCloud screen so I need to bypass it again

Re-bypass and remove the passcode. Don't store anything important on that phone because it won't have a passcode

I really hope the iPhone 6 doesn't get touch disease, I have an iPhone 6+, that I disassembled many, many times to get it working. Right now it's working, but I can never know when it will just stop working for no reason.
