This is so inspiring. I never thought until Joni that I could be inspired by those who are suffering with pains of being bedridden. Gosh..those guys are the heroes of the faith!!
Helpful lesson on perseverance through hardship. Elisabet Elliott was my favorite author in the 1980's. I met her once at a conference then 30 years later listened to Valerie speak at a recent conference. Her daughter also is an inspiration. Thank you, Joni, for setting an example for us.
Perfect timing. A friend has been in & out of the hospital & 2 surgeries & now back there last night. Looks like another surgery. I will visit her today. I need to Do the next thing next time a feel overwhelmed!
