I just found David.. starting with Back to Blackbird, and his injury... and, wow, HES WALKING!!! Unassisted! What a fighter, what a man.... what a Father and Creator we have! And, what a beautiful wife.

I'm so grateful that Joni talks about suffering because I deal with chronic pain every day and yes I've had people pray over my healing and it doesn't come. Does this mean that God doesn't love me of course not but I noticed that the cane I use now opens opportunities that I wouldn't have before. The cane humbles me because now when someone asks if they can help me; I now say yes. Thank you Lord and thank you Joni for sharing and letting me see a different perspective concerning suffering.

Goodness, I read her book way back in the 80's when I was a teenager. I was impacted by her testimony then, but now, as a 50+ year old, I am able to see the layers and depths of her testimony and I am even more impressed by her faith and perseverance. BTW, I had no idea this was the same Joni from that book when I clicked on this video. I was uplifted by both of these beautiful people.
Thank you David and Joni!!!!! I really did need this today!!! Yes I agree this is what the body of Christ does by encouraging eachother. Thank you for blessing us with Truth and Witnessing for the Lord Jesus Christ. I am going thru trials and yes the narrow road and denying self is tough but we are not to look back the whole time and linger in the past but to bury it because we are buried with Christ and resurrected with Him in Newness of Life. I meditate scripture many times in my head and not aloud, but will change that from now on and trust the Lord for His blessing on both of you. The Lord is good !

Joni is a gift from God, all her hope is firmly grounded in Christ Jesus. Praise God for grace upon grace in our lives.
I KNEW IT!!! I KNEW David had the SPIRIT of Jesus in him...I could see it, first time I heard and saw him - and his spunk and spirit- and his story. Isnt YHWH and His Son wonderful!!!! God bless you Joni!!! What a beautiful strong person.
Amen and Amen. When I am weak, then I am strong through our Lord. I appreciate your wonderful testimony; but most importantly, EVERY BELIEVER should be able to draw from the testimony that is given to us through the Holy Spirit. I love how u said we are all connected in Christ... its so true.. I was recently rejected from a christain group because of my testomony. It hurt. I have to choose bot be be a victim. I see a fresh prunning in your spirit that the Lord is doing.
I love you Joni! I have very minor disabilities and it's not my personal difficulties that drew me to you. I see the power of God through you. Your message is like , "come what may, I can"! Apply that to anything coming against us. I also shout the truth out to the universe declaring the glory of God! It's more for my own mind and soul than putting satan's minions at bay. (I never capitalize his name, lol)

Joni, I know you've heard it thousands of times - but you are truly an inspiration to me. I feel the love you have for Jesus every time I hear your voice or see your smile. My husband of nearly 54 years died this past August in a violent accident and I miss him terribly. BUT, I can say that Jimmie's death has brought me closer to God and for that I will be eternally grateful. As you say, there are different kinds of suffering and I look upon my grief and suffering the loss of my husband as Jesus' way of showing me just how much I need Him. In 1990 Jimmie suffered spinal cord injury (Brown Sequard), head injuries, severe burns, nearly the loss of his left hand...on and on with the injuries he suffered as a result of a car accident. How he handled all of the pain and disability made him a hero to me. But God is the ultimate hero and I'm so very thankful that I know Him and lean on Him every second of the day. I’m hearing a lot about Jesus but what about his god n farther Jehovah
Those of us who believe in getting to the FATHER through Jesus will always do that, it's not that we don't recognize God is the Father, but we know that Christ is the only way to the Father, we are Christians, so let it be, no argument, through christ we get to the Father, these are two strong people who personally know what God can do!

Jesus is God that came down to earth as a man to live the life we are living. He was mocked and called all sorts of names. He died for us because we have no hope without Him. Physical death without Him is eternally lost forever. That is why I am so grateful for His Grace. No one deserves any Grace but Jesus came so we may have Life Eternal and His Grace if we choose to believe and Trust Him. Believing is not in the heart but in the doing also. He who loves Him and does His commandments will live. My friend Jesus is REAL and realise that we can only understand all of this thru the Holy Spirit. Ask Jesus to reveal this to you and fill you with His Spirit because I promise you then you will be a new person and walk a life of overcoming every day trials and disappointments and be joyful and thankful always in everything. This is something we cant understand or do out of ourselves. Jesus loves you. Give Him that space inside you to change you for His Glory, to fill that loneliness hurt and anger you might have with the fruit of His Spirit. Love Joy Peace Patience Kindness Goodness Faithfulness Gentleness and Self Control. Remember satan is the enemy to draw people into hell (a physical and spiritual one). Jesus doesnt want to be your enemy. He is reaching out to you now with both arms wanting to love and nourish you and guide you in how you can live your life on earth without allowing this world to bring us into a place of hopelessness. Dont reject Him now, first ask the Lord Jesus truly for His help and talk to him as we all would talk to someone physically. He is present now as we speak. Lord Jesus I pray for Your healing touch on each one who listens to this message and that hearts will be turned to you not by feeling or emotion but thru desire to Love and Trust in You with all our hearts. Lead us into Your Path of Truth and Peace. Help us to walk a life of obedience and love toward You. To abide in you is to carry fruit and to have the Power of the Holy Spirit to walk in Victory more and more like You Jesus. We dont have to do this alone. You enable us if we just trust in You and give ourselves and our lives completely to you. Too much is happening around us that is depressing. We love You and ask for Your healing touch upon our lives, in Jesus Name Amen
