Update: ECPS got back to me and stated I should use silicone glue to hold the caps in place. I used gorilla and 3M double-sided tape and test drove the car at speeds. They seem to hold fine, but maybe in the long run the glue is better? The double-sided tape is rated for 30lbs so..... I guess dealers' choice.
