Yeah, before the Fast Show, 'cheesy peas' wasn't a real dish; it was something your mum might make for tea at the end of the month, before the pay-check (or benefit) check cleared. Chips, cheese & beans, on the other hand... classic UK late-night post-club fast food.
And I suppose you found little Britain or Ricky gervais funny , each to his own. we all have different opinions. Personally I loved this but it did go on a bit to long.
