A Nuzlocke is the best way to fall in love with a Pokemon you don't like. Team FourStar did a Nuzlocke of the gen 2 remake and were saddled with a Chikorita due to them using their trainer ID number to determine which starter they pick, and Chikorita was literally their last choice. They hated it so much they called it Mr. Stake, because they wanted to call it Miss Stake until they realized it was a guy. This stubborn green SOB was so tough it survived situations it had no business living through, situations that they put it in because they WANTED it to die, like deliberately letting it tank an Ice Beam they knew would come. By the end (which he lived through) it won them over and they loved it so much that one of them literally named their real life dog Mr. Stake in his honor.

I'm honestly surprised you made it that far. With the changes made to BDSP to make the game harder it's extremely difficult to nuzlocke. Especially with Cynthia's competition perfect team.
Cynthia was the only one that came close to beating me ngl. Bc stats. But I've also been playing Pokemon for like 18 years
Cynthia is terrified that's why I respect her so much. She's a beast and the only one who put me nervous and scare.

I gotta say, the EDITING in this…POG AF. Good job, Moxie! We’re proud of you!!! While the moment of truth with Tutel getting hit with Ice Fang will never be as heart stopping of a moment as Greg getting hit with Energy Ball and living on 1hp, this one felt more wholesome and touching, whereas Greg’s near death moment felt like a fucking avalanche about to crush everyone’s bones.
The Lopunny moments made me WHEEZE and were perfectly timed. Seeing this made me even MORE hyped for the Fire Red video!!!!! Take your time and do it well, Moxie. Don’t hurt yourself. ^_^’

cynthia's Pokemons in bdsp are all EV, IV and nature optimised, you had no way to beat her Garchomp since it has 212 speed. You lost the moment you entered without a plan.
To be fair, anyone going into that Cynthia battle would be set to lose if they went into it willy-nilly. Unless you’re waaaayyy overleveled. Even then, that Garchomp is still a beast.

The only way I was able to beat Garchomp was because I went in with two hundred revives. I switched between Gyarados and Staraptor until Intimidate lowered its 4x attack so Earthquake wouldn't kill .-.

I'm used to a several episode nuzlocke, but this video was wonderful and despite not being able to watch through several hours of Pokemon bonding I thoroughly enjoyed it all. The last moment of trying to put Tutel in box definitely hit hard.

Good attempt moxie, but, iirc, that milo is max hp max def marvel scale with a burn orb. Orb procs marvel scale and prevent toxic stall or sleep strats. The fact that tutel was out sped ended the run as your floatzel was never gonna do more than chip dmg to it.
