Stucco over framing needs building papers and flashings to work. Done right it last and last.. Done wrong , it can be a nighmare. The Stucco Manufacturers Assocaiton websiste has technical details that can help owners.

I would say no. This seems to be a big problem here in Sun City Hilton Head

I only know of the lawsuit here in Bluffton, but it is put on wrong I'm sure it will lead to a law suit.
