    One of the few games I got to take my daughter to was the game in Oakland where he scored 60. This fueled her love for sports. She is currently on a softball scholarship in New York.
    Clay will be missed and thank you Mr. Thompson.

    Thanks for all the great days and smiles and dominance, you four time champion.
    I think Steph Curry is going to leave within the next two years, if I’m being honest.
    I don’t think many people realize that curry himself will ever be the same. Even with all of these roster moves that Mike Dunleavy is doing, this feels a lot like the Jermichael Green and Dante,signings.
    The Warriors are trying to do something that has never ever worked: trying to build for the future while trying to extend the mythical championship window

      Kd went to teams that depended on him for success. Basically had to carry the team. Nets, suns. Both those teams had serious issues. Klay can just chill while Luka, and Irving will command double teams. That was mavs weakness. Boston double even tripled luka. Kyrie was missing shots, and the rest of the team was missing the perimeter shots. Klay is just going to chill withiut the pressure of having to deal with on and off drama with draymond, inconsistency with Wiggins, Kaminga
      Steph would have a bad game, and klay would feel pressure.
      He does not want to be that way anymore

      Uhm. No he won’t. The bay and all the “fans” will miss Klay when they see and find out Hield has the EXACT SAME STATS!

      @@marlonestrella5054I wouldn’t go as far as the Steph slander. Once Klay set his feet he was good to go. He’s going to be amazing in Dallas. I’m originally from Texas and have always been a mavs fan. But I also live in the Bay area and follow/support the warriors. I’ve coached and played this game for well over 30 years and know Klay did more for this team than people realize. His defense is better than people realize.

      Yes, his defense was stellar prior to his injuries.

    Klay is was feeling entitled. He was out for over 2 years and expect max pay. Good luck in Dallas with the Mavericks

      I totally agree. He was paid even after being injured, he got the max. He was rewarded. This ball club is loyal. He could not have expected to get another max when he came back and was clearly not the same Klay. He's greedy. Look what GSW got for him and CP3. There's a genuine shot at a championship this year.

    The Warriors Management stinks!

  • @beverlybryant2333
    @beverlybryant2333 День назад

    Klay Thompson failed to accept that he is no longer the Klay Thompson of old. Given Golden State's generosity to him during the two years that he was unable to play and his physical decline as a result of age and injuries his move to Dallas was selfish and ungrateful. He was too much into his feelings and not enough about his realistic value to the team at this point in his career. Selfish, inflated sense of current skill level and no loyalty to the team that supported him during the two years he was unable to play and his teammates; especially Steph and Draymond. He's gone; good riddance.

    I had to stop watching because of all the little flashing lights on the images. Is that for legal reasons, or an attempt to be arty?

    What I'd like to know is, how do you feel disrespected when you offered to sign 2 years for 40 after you turned down an offer of 2 years for 48 a few months prior?
    Like how are you disrespected that you didn't sign the offer they gave you which was more than you were willing to sign for?
    Something really doesn't add up about this explanation.

    • @PeterJennings28
      @PeterJennings28 3 месяца назад

      Also, I don't like this explanation people have for saying the warriors had to give Klay the max after he tore his ACL. Look at what happened to Steph curry after numerous ankle injuries? He signed for significantly less because it was unclear how limited he would be moving forward, they each took a chance on each other.
      This is what should have happened with Klay, we are risking that you aren't the same player when you come back from injury, so you sign for less. To say the warriors owed him the max is absurd.
      Klay has a monstrous ego and that's the reason he's no longer a warrior. It's why all this stuff happened to him. He has to learn to let go of his humongous ego.
