We also need this Constitutional Amendment to include a clause stripping corporations of "personhood" because that is what entitiles them to exercise free speech in the form of influencing our elections. I want to support RFK, but I saw he made a statement about late-term abortion that I disagree with. He said that abortion is a matter that should strictly be left to the mother and her doctor, even up to late term, which I disagree with. The problem with that position is that it effectively creates a legal rule that the state has no interest whatsoever in promoting and preserving life. This is very wrong for America's future and it needs to be corrected.

I'm almost 82. I was 26 when Bobby Kennedy was assassinated . Some Precious part of me died the night Bobby was murdered. But that part of me has been resurrected with Bobby Kennedy Junior's candidacy for POTUS. When I first heard he was running, I had bought into the mainstream media portrayal of him as a conspiracy nut but I felt I owed it to Bobby to at least give his son a listening to. I'm so glad I did! After listening to many interviews I got a feel for his sincerity and Integrity. What's more, when I learned of his practicing a rigorously honest spiritual program, being an old friend of Bill's, well, that just put me over the moon! His emphasis on placing principles before personalities and not impugning the motives of others, but focusing only on policy differences keeps him out of the childish blame-game pettiness which has characterized politics for the last few presidential cycles. For the last 15 years or so I've heard Republicans complain that liberals, like communists, want to redistribute the wealth from the Rich to the Poor. Well, I've been around a while and my experience over the last 50 years or so tells me that through corporate lobbying, payoffs, financing campaigns, etc., Corporate America has more than just captured the Agencies which are supposed to regulate it. It has captured the Whole political system, both Republicans and Democrats to essentially establish a political duopoly which has dismantled the union movement, decimated the middle class and created the homeless class with exorbitant rental rates, interest rates on homes and credit cards, school loans, and stagnated wages over the last 45+ years. And so, the Rich, as plutocrats will, have been Redistributing the wealth from the Poor and Middle-class to the Rich! Bobby knows how to stop this because he's been suing Corporate America and the government agencies that are captured by Corporate America for polluting and injuring people, winning billions of dollars in judgments for the last 40 years. Please, just listen to his full interviews on RUclips! And IGNORE the mainstream media interviews which are almost always EDITED to take his comments out of context.

RFK Jr is on target here. A Constitutional Amendment is absolutely the only way to overturn Citizen's United in a way that will not be subject to judicial review. We also need that amendment to include a clause stripping corporations of "personhood" because that is how they have amassed such power that profits now come before people. We need to unravel all of this to level the playing field and put our government back in the hands of We The People.

The ZOGBY poll is the only one counting electoral votes, therefore it is the only one that matters and it shows RFK Jr beating both of his opponents in head-to-head matches. The other polls only survey a fraction of participants of ZOGBY'S 26k+ and they only estimate the popular vote, which is not how presidential elections are won. Even so, they are being rigged to undercount RFK Jr's support. KENNEDY CAN win this !!!

Rich corporations, banks and tycoons, make billions from major crises. The entire system in the US is designed to favor the extremely rich. Everything goes in a circle from one pocket to the other one. When Congress approves billions of dollars in aid to Ukraine or Israel, they borrow that money from big corporations or banks. Companies provide this money from their profits, which they would otherwise have to pay taxes on. In this way, they skip paying taxes and the state repays the debt to them with interest! Can it get any better!? The same corporations and tycoons sponsor political election campaigns. Politicians, more or less puppets, return favors by creating jobs for them by wars, Covid and other crises....and it's all nicely packaged and served as a democratic lie.

How did anyone mess the guidelines of Citizens United up. Didn't President Teddy Roosevelt accomplish this to stop the monopolies of Rockefeller, Carnage, big shots from running our Country? Citizens United is the brainchild :( of John Roberts; for this he deserves to go down as the worst Chief Justice in the history of SCOTUS. He expanded the scope of the case beyond what the plaintiffs were arguing for so that corporate control of our elections would be complete.
RFK Jr will go down as the best POTUS (at least in the last century) for overruling this with a constitutional amendment.
