Yeah, you can make jokes about drugs (totally fair), and he's writes good songs and plays his instruments well, but it's _volition_ that makes him better than your average musician. Most composing musicians constantly question their own music, but Anton doesn't.

My take on his band is they are ridiculously derivative, redoing UK 80s indie versions of 60s greats fed back through the late 80s version of psychedelia. Like a jolting timewarp loop, missing out bits of musically history they dont like, starting '65 ending 88'. But somehow there is something more there, I gotta say I really like his guitar playing. I think hes geniunely pretty good. I like em. Lots of people like em. That is a success IMO
