You are using a metallic wisk and a metallic spoon. Bye bye non-stick coating! It's written in the manual you should only use wooden or silicone protected ustensils.

Quite agree, I only use silicone or other safe utensils in my Cook4Metouch...crazy for Tefal to allow a promo video to use metal utensils.
