They sure are my mates dad collects old shitty tractors and you have to split the tractor in half to change to clutch and the gearbox holds the whole thing together.some also have chassis rails
no lol. The engine connects to the clutch that connects to the trans. final drives> gearbox> clutch> engine. the gearbox in that is proberly a 16/16 box. meaning 16 forward and 16 reverse gears. Probaly powershift so you can change up and down a gear with the press of a button. No clutch needed to change gear.
Went there today actually. Was exploring the old quarry and went into that shed to find nothing. Empty apart from some of the old drums. Also in the rest of the quarry there were some motor housings that powered the aerial rope-ways that had been smashed open and all the copper nicked. The lead from the roofs had also been nicked too.
