It's interesting but worse in every way to a SD E-Speed Lucario. Chestnaut does less damage because of feint's low power, AND has to sacrifice half its health to set up.

I just played against someone using this exact team and one thing to note is that it's completely walled by Altarite, but mainly Altarite H-Arcanine. I one shot basically his whole team and E speed destroys it unless you manage to get webs up, but even then I don't think Feint one shots
