Wiston Gel That’s an excellent observation re the side walk. They should have put in sidewalks already. So many people walk along this road. Hopefully they will put in soon
kwacou, don’t be hatin’ just to hate. I was on that road a year and a half ago. Believe you me, it’s now a “highway”. America has 2 lane, 4 lane and multi-lane highways. This is definitely a highway. My wife and I are flying into MBJ and vacationing at Sandals South Coast in 3 weeks. We’ve been tracking the progress. We are elated that the HIGHWAY is done. Jamaican5 - thanks very much for the vid. Being in the construction business myself, it’s good to see the fruits of the hard labor it takes to accomplish a project like that. Jamaicans should be proud.

Also wished people would stop passing cars going into the other direction of traffic it don’t matter if there’s no cars there in the US it’s illegal to do that can’t go over the double yellow line and Jamaican should add to white lines in there roads instead of one

Hope they can maintain the roads patch them when they get damaged every half a decade the road should be re done and Jamaica really needs to invest into some good road paint look at halfway tree roads how the paint is already rub off cheap paint them need to use what the USA use because are roads paint don’t rub off until years or get black

All those highways was built by the PNP party government, it was not build by the JLP party government ministers them. Because they does not know to do nothing more than thieving off the money, I was in Jamaica before the JLP party came to power and. See all of those roads along is pure nice roads,all the from Montego Bay to Discovery Bay St Ann. It is so beautiful in no time you are in St,Ann and, some people does appreciated it at all.

The JLP government didn't plan any of these infrastructure projects ferris to mackfiedld project, 3 mile project, Mandela hwy project, constant spring project, barbican road project, new main gate for up park camp and the widening of South camp road, Junction improvements project. The only road I'm going to give the JLP government is the bypass road for montego bay. St Thomas road the JLP government F it up the previous government plan for st Thomas is dual carriage way from Harbourview to morant bay and a improvements 2 lane from morant bay to port Antonio.
