I have been feeling my baby move for a while, but last night before I fell asleep, he was really going crazy. I put my hand under my belly button and could feel him. He was very active, so I nudged my husband and said "put your hand on my belly!" Husband felt his boy kick for the first time last night. It was a great moment for us all.

Hi love! I’m Nicky, I’m on week 21 today and I am praying that you have a happy and healthy baby, and a safe delivery! Everything is going to be okay, bring some soothing music and candles- they let you have them in the room. Anything that will help with stress is great to bring! Keep me posted please! This is my first and only pregnancy where I haven’t lost my baby, so I am also very nervous of having a healthy/safe delivery. I’m more worried about the baby than I am myself. I’ve gone through Hell and back in life, so I have that approach when going into this. Also try Hypnotherapy! It helps you get out of the “this is painful” mindset and into a “let’s get this baby out safely” mindset! I hope it helps ♥️♥️♥️

How do you break up the weeks of pregnancy into months? It seems like all providers do this differently for instance 5 months is 18-22 weeks vs 5 months is 18-21 weeks. It can be confusing lol
I'm on week 21 today. Felt baby movements last week on Saturday week 20, it was a such a beautiful moment, around lunchtime after a very long sleep. That was my time to have brunch and probably my baby boy was already hungry but this time really send me it's message 😂. Yesterday had my vaccination against Whooping Cough, basically it's for the baby's preparation for the first week after delivery when he'll adapt to the real world, breathing via his own lungs. In UK it's offered @week 20, did my research on it and agreed to have it...BUT MY LEFT ARM HURTS AS NOTHING ELSE.... cannot use it for simple things....over 15 hours now and the pain it's still very sharp...but I'll resist for the health of my baby boy 😇🙏 End of video left me unfinished about the belt support... hopefully on week 22 Diana will elaborate the subject😊 All the best to you all !!!
I just had my anatomy ultrasound and I was told my baby weighs 14oz:) and she is in the 50th percentile. It seems a lot of apps/ videos say baby probably weighs a few oz less than might be true
Almost 22 weeks baby awake, and my bump is bigger, the sleeping can be annoying I sleep on my sides at least, left and right. Baby was shy so going 23 weeks to see what baby is will have to wait until reveal party though.

One or both of my hands keep falling asleep, no matter what position I lay in. This started at about 19.5 weeks, and has been going on for a week. Is this normal?
You have pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. I had this before pregnancy and had surgery for both elbows and hands for carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel. And now that I am pregnant my doctor told me it all came back. So if it doesn't go away after giving birth I have to get surgery again. So that is probably what is going on with you. Hope all gets better.
Is it safe to sleep sitting up? So basically propped up with pillows so you're not flat on your back but at more of an angle? Sleeping on my side causes me so much pain so I'm desperate!
Im a tummy sleeper. So adjusting to my side is hard. I am always afraid, im going to squish her, lol. It's still comfy. But I dont like laying on her, lol. I have a body pillow. Its great

I had my ultrasound on week 20 that came up i am having placenta previa. This is my third child and first time hearing it. Am worried too much. It is something that can be cure?
Hello, im 21 weeks tomorrow and at 20 weeks i was told I have placenta previa too. It just means the placenta is covering the opening of the cervix. It doesn't harm the baby it just means there's a possibility we might have to have a cesarean if the placenta doesn't move by the time to give birth. My doctor told me there is nothing i can do since it's just how the placenta moved and its just sitting in that spot and when belly gets more bigger it should move away from the cervix to allow vaginal delivery. I was also told not to have intercourse or put tampons on as it could cause bleeding. I was instructed that if i have abdominal pain or bleeding to go to emergency room and tell them i have placenta previa as they know what to do. Hope this helps and if any more questions or concerns please talk with your doctor 🙏😊
Same here, at 20 week scan showed I have placenta previa, they told me pelvic rest & they will redo another scan in 4 weeks. Have you guys placenta grew upward?
It's hard just sleeping on my left side mostly because it starts to feel uncomfortable and I experience more leg cramps on my left side, from my left butt cheek down to my thigh 😓
21 weeks - wouldn’t that be just shy of 5 months not a week over? If you are counting 4 weeks to a month then the average pregnancy would be 10 months.

Don't worry :) they just didn't get a good enough view to tick the box . They offer you another scan. We had the second scan and they still couldn't see what they needed so they just do some tests when you're baby is born instead :) got told its more like your baby didn't sleep for their first school photo rather than there's a problem . Hope all was okay
Watching this at 1 am. I was sleeping fantastic for the last 3 weeks. But this last week, the insomnia started to hit 😬 Little man keeps having dance parties, my hips get sore and I have to flip like a pancake, constantly full bladder and just waking up not sleepy 🤷♀️

My question is I googled the sleepy aid you mention in the video cause my doctor has me talking it, but it says side affects in line spina bifida heart issues and something to do with her with their clip lip think it's called🤔 why would a doctor say it's ok to take if it causes these effects? My baby *does not* like me sleeping on my right side and she is very "vocal" about it lol. I'm used to sleeping on my side, mostly the right side and a minute into laying that way she starts kicking the isht out of me 🥲
I can never get a decent night sleep. When I sleep on my left and right sides I get these horrible painful buttock cramps and I have to get up and stretch it out all through the night. I’m not sure why I’m getting these but they have started from week 12 and now I’m on week 20. Any suggestions ?! Thanks so much
Glad I heard you say it’s ok to fall asleep in your side and wake up on your back, because that happens all the time. Never been a straight on my back sleeper and I’m usually propped upward with pillows so I’m elevated because getting up from a laying down position is comical and i don’t even feel I’m that large in the belly but it’s like watching a turtle struggle so being elevated helps but I still feel like I need rails on my furniture. Good video
The pregnancy pillows help a lot. I even use mine so I can continue to sleep on my belly at moments at 21 weeks. I’m not a side sleeper either but when I have my pregnancy pillow, it’s easier for me to sleep on the side if I can grip that pillow like a monkey on a tree lol
I'm a right side sleeper so it's really really hard to sleep on my left side. I don't fully sleep on my side, more like half on my stomach half on my side with my left leg bent up and right leg straight.
I sleep on my sides, i try to use the left side the most but the whole night im just turning like a rotisserie chicken. I cant tell which side i use most but i just cant sleep only on the left 😢

Get a wrist support called Futuro. Carpal tunnel is a thing in pregnancy. Wrist supports will help you sleep through the whole pregnancy.

I feel her move, but it's very subtle. Much more subltle than with my boys. I have an anterior placenta. Maybe that's why. I can tell its her though. :) im pretty positive i already felt hiccups lol.

I have been feeling vibration movements on and off above my pelvic area/lower belly area. I don't understand what kind of movement she would be making for me to be feeling this. I've also felt gas bubbles and vibrations through my whole uterus/tiny kicks.

You have pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. I had this before pregnancy and had surgery for both elbows and hands for carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel. And now that I am pregnant my doctor told me it all came back. So if it doesn't go away after giving birth I have to get surgery again. So that is probably what is going on with you. Hope all gets better.

Im a tummy sleeper. So adjusting to my side is hard. I am always afraid, im going to squish her, lol. It's still comfy. But I dont like laying on her, lol. I have a body pillow. Its great

Is it weird that I want to sleep on my right side and not my left? I can feel my body just resisting my left side completely. It's this weird "gut" feeling (pun intended) that I'm hurting my baby, not to mention it's painful for me as well. I just wanna lay on my right side with a body pillow.

I had my ultrasound on week 20 that came up i am having placenta previa. This is my third child and first time hearing it. Am worried too much. It is something that can be cure?
Hello, im 21 weeks tomorrow and at 20 weeks i was told I have placenta previa too.
It just means the placenta is covering the opening of the cervix. It doesn't harm the baby it just means there's a possibility we might have to have a cesarean if the placenta doesn't move by the time to give birth.
My doctor told me there is nothing i can do since it's just how the placenta moved and its just sitting in that spot and when belly gets more bigger it should move away from the cervix to allow vaginal delivery. I was also told not to have intercourse or put tampons on as it could cause bleeding. I was instructed that if i have abdominal pain or bleeding to go to emergency room and tell them i have placenta previa as they know what to do. Hope this helps and if any more questions or concerns please talk with your doctor 🙏😊
Same here, at 20 week scan showed I have placenta previa, they told me pelvic rest & they will redo another scan in 4 weeks. Have you guys placenta grew upward?
It's hard just sleeping on my left side mostly because it starts to feel uncomfortable and I experience more leg cramps on my left side, from my left butt cheek down to my thigh 😓
21 weeks - wouldn’t that be just shy of 5 months not a week over? If you are counting 4 weeks to a month then the average pregnancy would be 10 months.

They told me I had to go back because they need to get a clear view of the heart and the hands and I’m so nervous that they must have found something wrong. I was just wondering if that’s normal. Don't worry :) they just didn't get a good enough view to tick the box . They offer you another scan. We had the second scan and they still couldn't see what they needed so they just do some tests when you're baby is born instead :) got told its more like your baby didn't sleep for their first school photo rather than there's a problem . Hope all was okay
Watching this at 1 am. I was sleeping fantastic for the last 3 weeks. But this last week, the insomnia started to hit 😬 Little man keeps having dance parties, my hips get sore and I have to flip like a pancake, constantly full bladder and just waking up not sleepy 🤷♀️

Hi. My question is I googled the sleepy aid you mention in the video cause my doctor has me talking it, but it says side affects in line spina bifida heart issues and something to do with her with their clip lip think it's called🤔 why would a doctor say it's ok to take if it causes these effects? And I'm in my2nd trimester
My baby *does not* like me sleeping on my right side and she is very "vocal" about it lol. I'm used to sleeping on my side, mostly the right side and a minute into laying that way she starts kicking the isht out of me 🥲
I can never get a decent night sleep. When I sleep on my left and right sides I get these horrible painful buttock cramps and I have to get up and stretch it out all through the night. I’m not sure why I’m getting these but they have started from week 12 and now I’m on week 20. Any suggestions ?!

Glad I heard you say it’s ok to fall asleep in your side and wake up on your back, because that happens all the time.
Never been a straight on my back sleeper and I’m usually propped upward with pillows so I’m elevated because getting up from a laying down position is comical and i don’t even feel I’m that large in the belly but it’s like watching a turtle struggle so being elevated helps but I still feel like I need rails on my furniture.

The pregnancy pillows help a lot. I even use mine so I can continue to sleep on my belly at moments at 21 weeks. I’m not a side sleeper either but when I have my pregnancy pillow, it’s easier for me to sleep on the side if I can grip that pillow like a monkey on a tree lol
I'm a right side sleeper so it's really really hard to sleep on my left side. I don't fully sleep on my side, more like half on my stomach half on my side with my left leg bent up and right leg straight.
