  • The last time we took our toy hauler out we got a flat tire. Fortunately I had everything I needed to get it done, in this video I will show you the basic stuff you should have so you aren't stuck waiting on the side of the road like a shmuck.

Lots of ways to get it done, I have roadside assistance but I’d rather be prepared to take care of myself. Thanks for watching.

It's a lug wrench. On a double axle, What's the best way to pull both wheels on one side at one time? If it's hooked to the truck can I just jack behind the rear axle or should I put a jack before and behind both axles? Thx Al.

@@ALWOOD_USA I suppose if it’s hooked to the truck you could get away with behind the rear axle. I’m sure two jacks would be safer. I have not done both wheels on one side before though.

Noticed your 'green' valve caps, are you running nitrogen in them tires?

Probably what the tire place uses. I’m not a big believer in spending money on nitrogen for regular vehicles. Aviation or racing, sure. Otherwise it’s a money grab, in my opinion.

@@TomsTinkeringandAdventures I'm with you on that! When my own toy hauler needed air in the tires. Not only couldn't I find a local shop, the price was ridiculous.
