While the turn was blind because she was on the left side of the left lane behind a bus, it was a one way road, meaning the issue was she could have hit bus passegers not motorist.
She failed to yield for a bus, it is unlawful peroid to pass them in any way if youre in the same lane, there is no lane changing while those lights are on you wait.

No, someone with a full license would have seen the bus approaching a bus stop, realised it was stopping, and positioned closer to the centre line to get a better view ahead to ascertain whether it's safe to pass or not, and if it's not, then stop and wait behind the bus but closer to the centre line so you can see when it is clear to pass should the bus still not move off before it's clear.
THAT is what you should do... not sit behind the bus waiting forever when you can safely pass it.
Of course, you give consideration to the bus and be extra vigilant of people stepping out to cross the road in front of the bus, but nobody would expect you wait behind it for ages holding up traffic when you can safely pass it.

I had to look it up it is sort of the bus but not it's a hazard warning line the dashes mean don't pass unless you have a clear line of sight even if it's a one way street she should have stopped back further and maintain a clear line of site at all times like I said I had to look it up in English driving manual I hope I understood it correctly

@@louaimehena5575 no it's not. Skipping gears for instance when going downhill in no way hurts anything. It's best not to do it because it can use more gas, but I do it all the time if I'm going down a hill and accelerating quickly. Does not hurt. It's because she's riding the clutch. Less time on clutch, the better.

From what I can gather:
1. Did not check blind spot before changing lane
2. Did not signal before changing lane, only signalling when she was already changing lane
3. Not slowing down after changing to the right lane to check if anyone was crossing the road from infront of the bus
Here in Oregon…when doing your test drive with test examiner…you should always wait for the test examiner to give you directions…always staying on the side of safety…all the other numbskulls making comments other than this…it’s why there’s accidents in the first place…and the numbskulls did, or will be in accidents for not staying on the side of safety.

Moving around a stopped vehicle is something you should not have to wait to be instructed to do in a test, and it shows that you aren't ready to drive on your own. She should've indicated earlier and she didn't make it clear enough that she had made sure it was safe, but I still don't think it's a serious error.

No one is supposed to pass a public transportation bus. The rules for school buses also apply to school buses.
Drivers are liable for people crossing the street there to and from the bus regardless of the existence of a crosswalk or not.
Two instances help me validate this and remember it.
One, an article where a driver was charged with manslaughter of a pedestrian that was crossing the street after deboarding a public bus.
Two, my stepfather was given a ticket for passing a stopped public bus.

My first time taking my drivers test, the instructure let me completed my entire test and at the end told me i did everything correct except I didn't do a full over the shoulder look on one turn at the beginning of my test and was marked as a critical error so I failed. Took it again 2 days later with a different instructor and at the end of the test she told me I made 13 mistakes, but she still passed me lol

I would agree with this being serious. She decided to change lanes at the last possible moment which tells me she’s not looking into the future far enough. Had she made that decision 30 seconds earlier she could have looked for traffic and made a smooth transition. She needs to know where she’s going in order to avoid last minute decision making which is dangerous.

Overtaking a standing bus where people get in and out is serious, people are getting in and out and possibly try to cross the street at the front of the bus from which they may not expect a car coming from the right, especially children often do this. This is basic drivers etiquette and will make you fail any drivers test by any professional driving examiner, for all the right reasons.

The mistake was her indicating going back into her lane. There was a junction there so the bus could've thought she was going in the junction.

There is no arguing here, stop. I fail my drivers licence test when i drive over a red traffic light even is there is noone crossing the street, and i also fail the test if i deliberatly get into avoidable situations that have a relatively high risk of hitting a pedestrian like the situation in the video. I kind of don't like that rule because I've seen videos of gnarly wrecks on the freeway, and people are still trying to ride others asses and drive like on a racetrack, and 'keep moving' while four out of five lanes are closed... I feel like the fact that she stayed was safe, and although it did take extra time, I think she should have no blame... if we apply this rule super strictly, and hypothesize that there is some guy laying down in the middle of the road, if I stop, when I could have went around him.. Okay, good news, someone figured out the serious infraction because honestly I could not figure it out. She was too late turning on her turn signal. She started turning, then turned on her signal.
With that being said though, I would have marked it as minor. The fact that she even turned on her turn signal is league's above where I live. I'm a protestrian, and I always have to wonder is the car turning towards me and didn't turn on their signal, or are they going straight. I can't figure it out because I don't signal their turns. Driving in the UK is so robotic that you pass then relearn to drive your own way, which is usually safer unless you drive a German car.😅
Learning to drive is so crap in the U.K. man, people get penalised and criticised for driving perfectly like this, get forced to drive in a more un-natural and unsafe way, then the second they pass, we’re allowed to do exactly this.

This isn't driving perfectly though, it's not necessary to come to a complete stop if there's no oncoming traffic. By coming to a complete stop, she creates a sketchy situation when the car behind gets impatient and goes around them both. Car behind is at fault as well but the whole thing would have been avoided had she just not stopped. Indecisive driving like this can cause dangerous situations which is why they mark it as a serious.

Used the indicator when coming back to her side of the ride when there’s also a junction and not turning in to the junction and going strait on confusing other drivers

rules of driving:
1) ambulance, firefighter truck, etc that categorized as urgent prioritize vehicle always gets the prilivege to take your road.
2) vehicle on straight position is the the 1st class people, it means if you make a turn you automatically a 2nd class people aka you should wait the road clear first from the straights then you can move. vehicle who change the lane also 2nd class people.

In my country, (latvia) for example, if we are in the city and the bus stops, we have to wait for the bus, we cannot overtake or pass it under any circumstances, but if your on a main road then it's fine
