I’m a humble plumber and this was my first attempt as I just couldn’t afford to pay a £1000 for someone to pull them, I’ll list below what I did
    1. I drilled a 3mm hole at a slight angle between sleeve and injector and sprayed WD in the hole & let it soak in for a few days
2 Pulled the injector with a 10T ram (it snapped)
3 I got a magnet and pulled out enough internals to get to the nozzle, this has 2 small holes
3 made a tool using the part above the nozzle , welded into some stud, this let me wiggle the nozzle loose
    4. Tap a thread
5 pulled out the bottom of injector using the hand puller with a spanner

Hi Mark, I really couldn't believe how much pressure you was putting that injector threw and the little shit still didn't come out it was so painful to watch..
All i hope i never get the same problem on my 1.9 engine as you've got on your 2.0l...

@@tinker-timethe nozzle was stopping me from tapping a thread so I got the disc with the little bars in it that sits above the nozzle , I welded that to a bar which enabled me to stick it back down the hole and gently twist until it broke off the carbon, then with a strong magnet I pulled out the nozzle, then I tapped a thread and it pulled out with the hand puller rather than the ram type

Friend let me tell you how.. take flame tortch and heat thet injector untill is smoking hot, red glowing. Then take big key and slowly turn injector left right, milimeters, then after 20minutes stop and heat injector again, red glowing and then do the same, repeat untill you feel free movement then turn him more and more. he will get loose because heat will get him unstuck. Garanteed. Force alone will do nothing. I saw garage loosen bolts who hold injectors a bit just enaugh to make space, then start engine and with brick push gas till 2000rpm to get good hot. Then when head hot injestors will pop itself out from heat+pressure. This workes too.. This problem is because water crawl in to injectors. Then calc crawls inbetween injector and head.. Otherwise drill top ring of injectors out and remove head cover to remove head. Then you can press rest of injectors out upside down.. This are best 3 choices..Good luck my friend, i saw mine rusted as hell on Vivaro 2014 then i close it down because engine still runs and exchange it and buy new car, other brand..

I could feel the stress on the cylinder head. Nothing was moving, so maybe get a load of heat on them when the engine's out

Also just watched your other videos with your non running vivaro. Have you done a leak off test on it? You could have an injector dumping all your fuel pressure. If you have an old injector pipe cut the pipe so your just left with the nut, weld the hole up and block an injector off at the rail 1 at a time see if it fires up on 3. Hope this helps
