Thank you for the update on your garden. Looks great! Do you plant dwarf or regular varieties of trees in containers and bags? Do you buy growing bags from particular companies ? What type of soil do you use in those bags ? Thank you !

The only dwarf variety I currently have in a container is a Rio Red Grapefruit, I’ll show that one in part 2 of this series. The growbags I found on Amazon. Most are from a company called VIVOSUN. As for the soil, I have used several different soil mixes over the years, but generally they are all similar with only slight variations. Mostly I use cactus soil mix, peat moss, organic soil mix, worm castings, perlite and a few trace elements. I previously posted a couple of videos titled “Lang and Li Jujube trees (AKA: Chinese Date) growing in containers and are starting to flower” and another titled "Repotting my fruit tree" please search my channel. In those videos I talk more about the soil mix. Thanks for visiting!

Several of my trees are still dormant. With Spring just around the corner, things should start to liven up soon. I’ll be uploading a Spring tour video soon as there’s a little more green in the orchard. Thank you for visiting!

Do you make the wooden box containers that I saw in some of your other videos? Do you have a tutorial or measurements because they look beautiful

Yes, I made the wooden containers. I’m sorry, I don’t currently have a tutorial video, but plan to make one at some future date. They have a 4 degree cut and roughly measure 24 inches (height, length and depth). Thank you for visiting!
