What's especially good on Twinflame Tyrant is the wording. Many of the double/triple damage effects, such as Fiery Emancipation or City on Fire, increase the damage your sources deal to any player - including you. That kinda hurt can quickly add up in a deck full of Fetches and Shocks. The new Tyrant only increases your sources' damage to targets that are NOT you. That's a massive boon, and this bad boy is going in my Ur-Dragon deck this instant.
I love the new Niv Mizzet in my Nekusar deck. I don’t think anyone would ever want the two on the board, and it will be a great way to keep my hand full!
May I suggest Circuit Mender as a nice blinking target? It is a 3 mana colorless artifact creature. When it enters it gives you 2 life, when it leaves you draw a card.

I think Zul Ashur has real potential in the 99 of Zombie typal. It’s like Gisa and Geralf but is half the cost, has the Zombie creature type, and has Ward, so that’s a pretty decent upgrade!

You are right but small correction. Fetch lands make you pay life for their cost so you would not take triple damage.

I need that new Kykar in my Narset Prowess deck. I’d use it more to make Tokens in that deck, and use the Blink/Flicker ability more for evasion.
