I would also block the wheels with chocks at the rear of the truck , In case the parking brake cable is inoperative. Also if I had the tractor like his with a bucket life would be much easier .
Seems quick and easy. They only caution I would add is to be sure to set your parking brake tight or you stand a good chance of shearing the parking pin or dog inside the automatic transmission in the tow vehicle by pulling on it hard when you have a heavy load.
