University of South Florida Pushes Radical DEI Programming

  • The University of South Florida has adopted a radical DEI program that claims America is a force of “white supremacy,” encourages students to attend racially-segregated counseling programs to address their “privilege” and “oppression,” and promotes a variety of left-wing causes, including “reparations,” “defund the police,” and “prison abolition.” Subscribe to my newsletter: christopherrufo.com/support.

I feel bad for having high blood pressure and diabetes, but not for being Irish-American. The Irish never oppressed anyone. On the contrary, we were invaded and oppressed by the English, the Vikings and others. My great-great-grandfather came over, started farming and was wounded in the Civil War, fighting against slavery. He and his descendants, including me, were hard-working, having served their country in both World Wars. No shame, no apologies.

Hey man, doesn't matter what your ancestors went through, if you benefited at all from being a part of the culture of 'whiteness', you are totally complicit and automatically an oppressor. You know, like the Jews, Holocaust be damned, or like the Asians, hard work be damned, or like any American black who has achieved success without blaming others along the way, Uncle Tom style. It's on you for seeing an opportunity and taking it, so check your privilege! 😉

@@christopherrufo I would be very happy if he were to attend New College given your presence there (I’ve been following and supporting your work for awhile), but he wants to study engineering at a big school. UF is his top choice, which I am very happy to support given the exceprtional academics, the great value, the new UF President, the short distance ftom our home in the Tampa Bay area, etc. However, if he doesn’t get in to UF, he may wind up going out of state (Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, etc). Despite the higher cost and further distance from home, I am more inclined to support him going out of state given the madness at USF that you’ve uncovered, which I susiect is also likely happening at other major FL universities, i.e., UCF, etc.
