Thank you! And, honestly, I have no idea, I just keep trying to put out content. I need to do some more software/editing related stuff......but my schedule with my full time job only allows so much time for video creation! Thank you so much, i'm glad the video helped :)

Hi Marcus. Just came across this guide to sub mixes. Will save me a lot of time with a series of Q&A panels with 5 panelists. Just did one the hard way, playing with automation etc to reduce levels when videos are being played. This will make it so much easier - thank you. BTW You are not a distant cousin of Gerald Undone are you? Your vocal presentation style is so similar to his.

Hi there Raymond. Thank you! I'm very glad the video helped. I use Submix tracks a lot, and I use MultiCam sequences on almost every single video-edit....Multicam Sequences or timelines are a great way to do a multitude of things with your edit while being able to make global changes, even with audio. I'm hoping to do a video on these topics soon.
As far as my relation to Gerald Undone........no, but I do watch a ton of his videos! So, some of his presentation style may have rubbed off on me. I really try to be myself without being too "presenter-ey," .......it's definitely hard to balance reading a script, talking to a camera in a room by yourself,...........AND sounding natural while doing-so. But I take your comment as a compliment!! Gerald's great!
      Cheers :)

@@MarcusHutsell Hi Marcus. Thanks for your responses. I always use multitrack editing for more than one camera. I started my video journey filming bands in concert, with at least 5 cameras. Back to sub mixes. One problem I have come across since trying this, is that if I have used automation on the submix track, the automation does not stay locked to the vision if I make any further edits, like cutting out a long pause. Have you tried this, or got a solution?

How do you create an audio track that can be expanded to show several audio tracks and only one is played at a time. Meaning a place to audition music over your project without replace the music file on the timeline. Or even worse you have to create like 10 audio tracks to line up 10 different music files....only to audition one at a time to see which fits your scene. Plus its a pain to have to mute/unmute each time you want to audition another song. And once you are down to the top 4 choices they still take up 4 audio tracks on the timeline which is so cluttered. Is there a way to sub group them and expand to choose?

    Good morning.
I have to thank for the very professional and comprehensive tutorial for me it is a source of knowledge and knowledge.
I am inexperienced and would like to ask a question if it is possible.
I am familiarizing myself with panning to create multi-channel effects, such as the noise of a car moving from left to right or to the rear channels.
For this I imported a mono track and created the Submix 5.1 track and created the keyframes in which the variations act, verifying the spatial displacement of the sound with the submix panel.
The problem is, I don't know how to export the multichannel tracks I created.
    Thank you
