We must thank the OG Roger Trout for inventing the auto tune device in the ‘80’s. Every genre of music has benefitted from this tool.
They all passed but Teni killed it. Davido sounds same. He gives high pitched sounds with his special and unique cracking and Tweeter sound that I just love. His voice is rythmic and that for me is music with flavour

There's no such thing has bad voice. There's just bad singing. That you can't pitch high doesn't mean you're not good. The most important thing is the ability to control your voice, don't go beyond your range, stay in your vocal comfort zone and do your thing.

Not necessarily "autotune with pitch correction etc", just a simple vocal processing with compression, reverb and ends trimming does a great wonder to the voice.

Autotune isn't bad, except when it's used abrubtly. It's just a pitch correction plugin and part of music production.
For some artists it's also used as an instrument, T-Pain for example sings really well without it (you can look it up), but we know too well it's what gives him his signature sound.

These Nigerian artists aren't even using autotune exquisitely. Have you heard Travis Scott? Future? Even some songs on Wizkid's "Made in Lagos" album just sounded like a piece of heavily autotuned junk. I would name some of them if need be, so much that if you have the producer ears or not, you would easily notice.

Davido session wasn't actually the pitch and tempo of the actual song, he had to go in line with the pianist. Almost everyone has issues with pitching high and none of the artist you featured would have passed that in one try except for Teni. I guess you had other better David sessions, but you needed something to trend on. Sharp guy.

Davido has a unique voice, I feel it's more like a boss voice, that deep somewhat cracked voice that sends chills into your body. I love the way he uses it in music, and that's what counts, not everyone has tenor or soprano. Davido anytime.
