    I had migraines before I started elementary school. There were no meds until I was 50 years old. Vomiting, dark room and no sound. By puberty they amped up and lasted 5 days. By my twenties I got demerol and vistaril shots for pain and nausea. They became only abdominal by menopause and recently in my 60s got bad again.

    I recently just turned 30. After my second was born, i began having "end menstrual migraines". I had no idea why they were happening or what could cause them.
    Thankfully it helped me begin a journey that I am excited for as it helped me quit drinking and its helping me learn to have a healthy relationship with food.
    Funny thing though is that since weaning in November, I now suffer from a headache around ovulation. our bodies always seem to be changing so now im looking into how to help the headaches around ovulation. Thank you for your videos.

      Drink wheatgrass! And eat meat and foods with high vit c don’t take supplements because especially with iron what we take as a supplement isn’t usually bioavailable and we can get iron toxicity which perpetuates iron deficiency and causes a lot of issues. Also vit c as a supplement isn’t actually vit c it’s just Ascorbic acid the shell of a c molecule and it shoves iron into storage in the cell creating problems. But growing and juicing wheatgrass is amazing it has the highest vit c you can find and iron and copper (vit c molecule contains copper it helps process iron!) a lot of times we’re not actually iron deficient in the body we just can’t pull it from storage and use it because we lack the nutrients to do so oxo

Been experiencing the headache for 4 days and every time the pain killer wears off, migraine would come back. The best approach is to hold off pain killers until im sure im not pregnant, but i just can’t handle the pain anymore huhu it hurts so bad

    I did a food sensitivity blood test. I'm sensitive to turmeric, nutritional yeast, chia seeds, and about 30 other foods. Just wanted to let people know that they really need to get tested because a lot of "helpful" foods that so many people are pushing could be a trigger for you.

    • @glendaanderson4969
      @glendaanderson4969 Год назад

    I know that migraines often present in one side of the head but when I see it on a diagram it’s always in front.. Is it possibly for them to present more towards the back of the head?
    Two days ago I suddenly started getting horrible headaches in the back right area of my head~ I noticed my neck is tighter on that side as well.
    Then yesterday I started my period, so I thought it could be related.

    Wild yam capsules or tincture helps tremendously also. I suffered w this for years (accompanied with vomiting) and low progesterone is a big part of it. Hence wild yam. Or get a progesterone cream from an ND. There can be emotional causes too, not just stress. Since menopause, it’s vanished. Yay! But those things got rid of mine by 75%.

    If you are also skipping your breakfast and other meals, and taking zero nutrition, taking zero amount of nuts, fruits, and greens, like me, then please, please start it now. Just eat three or four soaked almonds in the morning because you have a magnesium deficiency because you are getting headaches in your periods, and also take greens or iron and magnesium supplements you can take also, and be in the sun for some time in the morning for vitamin D. I know you are not taking any kind of sunlight and any kind of vitamin D, and you are doing a very stressful job, so do the techniques of reducing stress and build your mindset like that, so you do not have to stress all day, and do a physical activity in the evening or in the morning, it just can be a walk, or simply 10 minutes stretches, or playing badminton, bicycling, anything, but do it for one month, and your next period will be so calm, and you do not have to cry for a headache, it's not hormonal, it's not for estrogen, whatever, it's about your health. I was suffering from it, like it was extreme pain, but when I did this, I found out that I have magnesium, vitamin D, and iron deficiencies, so I worked on them, and now my periods go really calm, and I do not have any headache, it can be cramps, but headache will not bother you, so please try it, please, I genuinely want to help you.
    English is my second language so please do not mind the mistakes I made
    but please
