I've just realised, watching this clip, Cynthia is the mother figure, and Nene and Kenya have mother issues from their relationships with their own mother's, they're like two siblings fighting for the mother's love and attention

Everyone is missing the fact that prior to the ruins event, everyone was in good spirits. Nene came in there sitting on ready wanting an argument w Kenya. No one else chimed in the crown-to-crown conversations but her. Nene interjected in Cynthia-Kenya and Kenya-Tanya. She was out there gunning for Kenya on a night everyone felt at peace.
But since everyone hates Kenya right now, y’all don’t see that this blow-up was all on Nene.
french fries I feel that NeNe’s reaction was in response to the rejection she felt after she agreed to console Kenya ( Cynthia suggested that they fellowship). NeNe was willing to lay down her guns for a moment to acknowledge the pain a woman experiences during such a painful time. Kenya is always Kenya. Always on ready and unable to show her feminine side. She rejected NeNe’s offer and it just reminded NeNe that the devil never takes a day off. This is why NeNe was gunning for her at the crowning sit down. She remembered who she was dealing with and had no mercy.
