You can test it with Smart PLS. I am not a fan of PLS. It is a variance based matrix and has shown to provide inaccurate estimates. Saying that, you can follow the same model outlined here to test it in PLS
that usually means the name of the construct in your data file does not match the construct name in the estimands function...I would double check that.

I tried to define an estimand but it keep showing syntax error as "keyword is not valid as an identifier"

It is the unstandardized estimate. If you are going to perform a bootstrap, you really need to present the unstandardized estimates.
