Hi, can you drop your email...I have a problem on this printer, the printing was not clear in certain area, the line appear and some word cannot be see, I can show you by email, btw I'm from Malaysia....my manager also cannot figure out.
how long you use this printer with Ribbon cartridge? if you use long time you can ribbon test first. Most problem is ribbon cartridge . hope you get well with your printer.
