Many thanks Marty 🙏 Ha ha, yes I must admit we were very lucky with the conditions that night. I couldn't believe we got it on the first try - it would have taken me about 50 visits to Sydney Harbour before I got a decent shot of the Opera House 😉 Thanks for watching 👍🏻
Beautiful places as always! Basalt formations are always impressive! Regarding AI, the photo looked good and I have no problem with it, but I actually liked the original photo, because the railing gave the picture some scale so it was easier to comprehend. But as always, nice video, looking forward to the next one! 👍🌞
My husband and I honeymooned in the Gold Coast Hinterland (almost 31 years ago) and spent time at the Natural Bridge. It is still amazing! Thank you for a wonderful video and safe travels.
Thanks so much Kylie - really appreciate it 🙏 Natural Bridge was quite an incredible location and the National Parks folks do an amazing job at looking after these precious spots. Thanks for watching 👍🏻
Many thanks John - it's much appreciated 🙏 Yes, I thought Photoshop did an amazing job of filling in the blanks. Being a bit of a purist, I don't often do this but I thought it was a good opportunity to try it as I thought the stairway kind of detracts from the original shot. All the best 👍🏻
Wow Brian what a video. One of your best (actually they are all good). You drained cracking comps at each location. I liked the cave with a bit of AI work (as you say rare for you to use it). Then boom what a sunset, the shape of the clouds and the layers; pano the perfect choice. Bit jealous of you zipping around in shorts and T. 😂Keep em coming!!
Thanks so much Gary - really appreciate it 🙏🙏 Yes, the staircase was one of those annoying distractions and it was a good opportunity to give AI a go and see what it came up with. That sunset was a sight to behold - couldn't believe we got it on our first visit there... Ha ha - shorts & T's in the 'winter' - aren't you wearing those in Sydney right now?? All the best 👍🏻
Good job on the cave photo and removing the staircase rails… much more pleasant for the eyes ! Any man made structures are not really ideal in such locations . Great job 👏
Many thanks Rhodesia 🙏. Yes, when I saw the final shot, I figured I had three choices: leave it as it is, crop the stairs out or try generative fill to see if it could improve the final result. I didn't mind what it came up with. All the best and thanks for watching 👍
@@klickinthewild Brian Ai has its uses and its place , but in this instance where a man made structure was a clear distraction then that’s when Ai comes into play for me personally . It does a wonderful job with such situations . Travel save and keep shooting . You are definitely living the dream . Cheers
Like you, I guess I'm kind of a purist too and still have mixed feelings about the use of AI, though not so much about taking things out as putting things in! It can get very deceptive, can't it?! But acceptable in the way you used it in this case, and especially since you were up front about it. Those mountains after sunset were awesome!
Many thanks Juanita - really appreciate it 🙏. Yes I totally agree - the purists in us would want to leave it as it looks but sometimes we as people, build man-made objects that really detract from an incredible scene in nature and in that case, it's fun to see if AI can live up to the hype. You're right though as it can be extremely deceptive and not really something I have used much. I think in this case, it worked out and I have no problems being up front about it 👍. All the best and thanks for watching 👍
Wow such beatiful scenery Brian and fab shots, well done.👏👏
Beautiful shots Brian, that part of the world has son spectacular landscapes and you're making the most of them. Thanks for uploading.😊
Many thanks 🙏🙏 You're so right of course - some amazing locations in this part of the world. Thanks for watching and all the best👍🏻
Great video Brian 👍 GHM is my back yard, I live only 20 mins from Wildhorse and I've taken many bad photos from there 🤣
