Can't beat that price. I'm in retirement here in the USA and am finding it difficult to afford the rents. Thailand is number one on my list of places to relocate to. I enjoyed your video. Your English is perfect. And you left the camera on things long enough for us to properly see what you were explaining. Most videos are in such a hurry that the camera doesn't have time to properly show the image. Great job!

I just finished 6 months in this condo building. It was $242 a month for a years rental. I had to pay $400 a month for the 6 months. Loved it here. Easy to get to everything. I'd definitely go back here. Never a need to cook. Street food and restaurants just outside the condo area . Cheap and delicious.
