It's only broken from the Democrat point of view - same as voting age, border wall, electoral college, illegal alien voting privilege, lATE term abortions and the 2nd ammendment (you know, just in case the right finds they have a need to protect themselves from the Left Wing Bullies).
Hes right, the courts need to be a body of law, not political. Otherwise you get a group like the 9th circuit and their 95%? overturn rate.

I have an idea. It falls in line with the Democrats. Every time there's a decision one party doesn't like will add another judge. If the first party doesn't like the retrial results then we add another judge and so on down the line. Why does it take so long to come up with brilliant ideas?
