It's definitely amazing for Ryoba or Ayano (202X and I know it's removed but if the Yakuza still working and recognize Ryoba's child) can join the Yakuza if you did often the Yakuza all 10 rivals and ransom for rich girls. After you join the Yakuza, she'll get tattoo just like Yakuza and her pistols which can be single or dual pistols (I did my XNALara for Ayano's holding the Dual Pistols and Nemesis too). Affecting her Sanity can be immune if she join the Yakuza and can eliminated all students or rivals very quickly. If Ryoba or Ayano success eliminating all students/rivals etc, she'll unlock special ending just like Genocide but Yakuza's Ending. Again, this is absolutely masterpiece and this is why I love your concept.

Neat Concept! I feel like this would be achieved if Ryoba uses the Yakuza for most/all of the rivals. I honestly don't know how it would fit in storywise, but it would be pretty neat to see it used in the final game

The tattoos give it away too and should probably be covered in some way or another. Also, school uniform since "I won't get caught" * Limited ammo as well, around 8/30 since I think it's a pistol (I'm not good with guns and ammo limit) that takes 10-30 seconds to reload * Over all, 9/10, well done!

I have an idea! You know how there is mission mode in Ayano's alternative universe? Well maybe this could be the mission mode of 1980's mode! Instead of killing for info-chan and students from that time, maybe Ryoba could kill for the yakuza and students from THAT time
Imagine if she meets Yan-chan's dad through the yakuza and that's why he ends up w her in the first place- just an idea or that happens and the yakuza interest kills off the original senpai and they end up together through that

it would be SO COOL if you had to join the delinquents first before being able to join the yakuza- like you have to befriend everyone in the delinquents and join them before you can become a yakuza so they know you can do bad stuff even though you've been helping them. like a promotion
