When I adjust the heel cup by moving the high backs forward, the forward-lean adjuster no longer makes contact with the heel cup. What am I doing wrong? These are the best bindings I have ever had but they would be even better if I could figure out the forward lean now that I have adjusted the high backs forward in order to center my boot in the binding. Lightweight, damp and super-responsive bindings. I highly recommend these bindings for carving and powder, just need to figure out the forward lean.

Hi Steve. it sounds like you are moving the Highback forward with the screws that hold on to the Highback Wings (bottom connecting part) - you need to adjust the full Heelcup piece by loosing and adjusting the two screws on the bottom outsides of the base tray. then slide it forward and make sure to retighten the screws again. This should solve your problem.
