That's actually a pretty good idea. My only issue is that he would be too overpowered in canon.
My fear is that he would be a Villager clone.
When you think about it, Maxwell in smash would be the best idea EVER! DLC! And in the final smash, he warps the players into his world where he makes himself into a missile and rams into them. Most OP Charecter in the game. Nintendo, listen to the fans a let Maxwell walk "write" into smash. ;)
Well, Maxwell can get a lot of different attacks and all, so carefully choosing what he would get is key for balancing purposes...
As long as they don't give him the boring and way to common attacks like Counter...
I honestly would cry if Maxwell got in Smash.

I played this game on the Wii u finished it and never played it again
I only played it for the co-op
But then the 2nd player join in thing broke and doesn't work for me anymore

Zero dislikes, and it's 2019. Then again, the entire soundtrack is so good, it honestly doesn't surprise me.
