Needle Felting Basics: Stars

Today I'm making stars to go onto a needle felted mobile. They're made using the felted balls from a previous workshop so be sure to have a go at those first so that you can have some ready to felt along.

In this video I am using a felting bag, 3 felting needle holders with large, medium and small needles, leather finger protectors, and a felted ball made out of approx. 2.5g of core fiber (although you can use any of the wool fibres available on my website).

That's great! I hope you're enjoying it, definitely keep going because it's s all about the practice. Well that and not telling people what it is you've made. Instead let them guess and then agree with them. That way what ever you make will always look like what it's meant to be! I still do that all the time 😀

Yeah; practice and consistently I have faith in my learning; I also choose to feel it a a creative project that is okay for me. Not always linear mindset on progression but instead just having fun. I want to maintain that to let go of perfectionism
