Tks for the video ,really helpful. Should I use colouring book to start out draw in colour? And which one should I use as a beginner. Pecil colour or marker?

You can if you like - it's up to you!
I personally have never used colouring books to learn any medium, because the paper quality isn't usually the same as artist quality paper - therefore your results/process will vary a lot, and it doesn't really give you an accurate representation of what coloured pencils can do
So I wouldn't be the best person to ask about colouring books

Is pastel sketchbook necessary for drawings of pastel

The only paper I reccommend for pastels is Clairefontaine Pastelmat (there isn't anything else like it) 😊
