    The Dragon appears to be a direct competitor to the Surron Storm Bee. It is:
    -slightly smaller than the SB with a seat height of 900mm vs. 940mm
    -a lot lighter than weighing in at 100kg vs the obese SB's 127kg
    -more torque with 630Nm of on the rear wheel (48T) sprocket vs the SB's 520Nm of grunt
    -a little less battery capacity of 5.2kwh vs the SB's 5.7kwh of storage

      @@MotoAlias You are very lucky. I have two TL3000 and my bike's front DNM forks was bent and stucked within 30 miles. My girlfriend's bike's fork cracked on assembling out of box. We had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement fork for a completeley new unused bike! After warranty changer the second fork cracked too. Third piece was good, but after 60 miles, her forks are bent and stuck too like mine. And we are both using the bikes the same style. No jumps or sending. Just a normal use like in advertising. Our bikes brakes was horribly weak so it was upgraded too. Both bikes gearbox/motor is rattling. Both bikes batteries was rattilng too (fixed). The range is a quarter of the adwertisement. My bike's controller is overheating after a 1 minute uphill. (I am only 165 lbs.) So i can say, the stock TL3000 was a completely scam because i need to pay for upgrade parts about $1500 both of bikes. And i never thought i MUST replace parts because the stock parts are completely a s*it and useless. And this was not about power upgrades. We just want to use them like a new bike. So that's why I look at the Talaria with reservations...

    • @MotoAlias
      @MotoAlias 10 месяцев назад +1

      @@Talaria_Guy the dnm forks suck and are made for a bicycle the fastace and talaria factory forks are good on the talaria. I originally got he first bike with the rst Killah forks but I knew they were trash sold them and bought fastace. Also never had overheating issues and I ride in the sand here in florida where the bike really works hard. So must've been a bad controller it happens. All that stuff should be covered in warranty tho the dnm forks were cracking and they were replacing them. I upgraded my controller to a bac8000 and the bikes a 65mph master never overheats never any issues I don't even nrake shit really granted I've replaced my bars and my skid plate and alot of basic stuff like pegs any small part you can think of.

    I was gonna get an Ultra bee and missed on a deal after selling my light bee but looks like it worked out for the better. If it has all the same tuning parameters, mainly throttle and reverse, it will be my next bike. Just throw on some gummy tires and hand guards and its ready for TKO. Seen some info that it may have KYB forks which would be game changing as we could actually get proper suspension setup too.

    • @Talaria_Guy
      @Talaria_Guy 10 месяцев назад

      I think if the Dragon gets a KYB forks than the price will be much more than the Ultra. Now if the specs are not fake than i think the Dragon will be $1000-1500 more than the Ultra's new price.

    • @mrskywalker115
      @mrskywalker115 10 месяцев назад

      @@Talaria_Guy Idk how talaria does it but they pack in alot of extra for not much money if any. Look at the current price on mx4 vs light bee x, lbx costs more than the mx4 with less battery and power. That said if it came with KYB forks and the battery listed in spec sheet, then $1000-1500 more would be well worth it for 30% more battery, 2x the power(not that ultra needed more), and better forks(ultra bee forks are probably their weakest point and its been a challenge for people to actually rework them), and 21/18 wheels. Reality is the Ultra is closer to $7300 after getting a set of 21/18 wheels and still way less battery capacity.

      @@mrskywalker115 I wrote this because a lot of people dreaming about the Dragon will be not cost more than $8000 or maybe less than $8000. I know plus 1500 will worth IF they make the bike with real parameters and the bike will be good as on the paper and datasheet. But we will se, just need to wait 1- 1,5 years for the Dragon to hit the market.

      Hey thanks for the shout out! You'll enjoy one of our upcoming videos where we FINALLY have an EBMX motor in our UB and we are about to go race it in the last Grand Prix race of the year against gas bikes. The stock motor has been overheating with the 80v x9000 combo and the first 2 Grand Prix's were full of overheating but plenty of range. Excited to see how dominate this bike will be now that the overheating is solved. We'll probably run her at 20kw for the race. Can't wait! Hope to get this video out end of the month. :)

    220lbs vs 185 lbs for the UltraBee, most people in the eMX market value light weight bikes over large powerful heavy bikes which is why the Storm Bee never sold. With this being the weight of a full sized gas bike IMO they missed the mark. But, we'll see after we throw a leg over it.

      @@BrianLampright913 To get a real bike with reliable parts, good range, proper sized wheels, the weight needs to be that high unfortunately. Just ask KTM who has innovated the hell out of off road motorcycles. They could make them lighter but they would be having to warranty like crazy. If you ride for real, it isn't uncommon to launch your bike down a rock wall or into a stream full of rocks and most of the time, they come out unharmed. Do that to a mountain bike or a Surron/Taleria (basically a oversized MTB), the thing will be in peices.

    • @BrianLampright913
      @BrianLampright913 10 месяцев назад

      @@midgetmoney1 definitely a good point although we've put the Ultra Bee through the ringer and it's a phenomenal bike once we add 18/21 to it at well under 200lbs. Suspension is not up to Japanese standards and I would trade weight for better boingers. I doubt the Dragon suspension will be any better since it's also China sourced (NOT KYB). But, we'll see maybe they will surprise us. Many new bikes coming in 2024, some haven't even been announced yet!

    • @midgetmoney1
      @midgetmoney1 10 месяцев назад

      @@BrianLampright913 Yeah, it's all about trade off's. Weight for reliability and plushness. Trials bikes are very light, tough and reliable but only have 6" of travel, short wheelbase and smaller forks. I think the 200lb mark is the sweet spot. If anyone can do it, it's probably KTM. At least Talaria is putting on proper wheels, or so it seems.
